Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Tracking

Please allow 12-24 Hours for your order to be processed. Once the order has processed, Expect to receive an email from us informing you the order has been shipped. There will be a tracking number and link to the carriers' website included.

Orders placed on Business Days typically ship the next day. Orders placed during the weekend, and Friday's after 1:00PM CT, will be processed on the following Monday and shipped accordingly.

 

Domestic Shipping

We ship nationally to all 50 states within the United States. We do not ship outside of the US. We provide one shipping option, fast and free shipping. This is standard and not subject to a minimum purchase limit. Applies to all orders.

Orders are Shipped via DHL, UPS, FEDEX or USPS. The carrier for your order is automatically determined upon checkout. Details regarding which Carrier will be used to deliver your order will be included in the email we send you once the order is received and processed.

 

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery Times differ depending on the product, from 2-4 days to 4-8 days. Processing time is included in the estimate. The delivery time for a specific product is shown in checkout as well as the product description.

*Note: Delivery times are not guaranteed and do not include delays that may occur if you live outside of a major urban center.

 

Delivery Requirements

A signature is required for most shipments upon receipt. If a signature is required, it will be included in the email you receive once we receive and process the order.

Someone must be at the address to receive the package and sign for it. Packages cannot be rerouted or picked up from UPS, FEDEX, USPS or DHL.

We are an Online Store only, meaning all sales and communications are carried out online. For This reason, Local Delivery and Store Pickup are not available.

Our Business Address is a private, physical location where we maintain and carry out all business operations. Customers should not attempt to visit us in-person as this is a private location.
