Order Processing

All orders are processed within 0-3 Business Days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email with Tracking Information once the order has been shipped.

*Note: Orders placed during the weekend, and Friday's after 1:00PM CT, will be processed on the following Monday and shipped accordingly.

 

Shipping Rate and Estimates

We have one, site-wide shipping option for ease of use and to reduce hassle at checkout. Fast and Free Shipping is our adopted default shipping method and will be automatically selectable at checkout. This is standard and not subject to a minimum purchase limit. Applies to all orders. All orders come with Free Shipping. Orders are Shipped via DHL, UPS, FEDEX or USPS. The carrier for your order is automatically determined at checkout. 


Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated Delivery is 3-11 days for all products on our store from the time you place your order. 

*Note: Delivery times are not guaranteed and do not include delays that may occur if you live outside of a major urban center.

How Do I Check the Status of my Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include the tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 6 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customersupport@explorerequip.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Refunds, returns, cancellation and exchanges

While we do not offer traditional refunds, we provide Store Credit with additional benefits. The item must be in Like-New condition, with no excessive wear, damage, or modifications and include the original accessories, packaging, and manuals. You can read our full Return Policy Here.

In the circumstance that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customersupport@explorerequip.com with your order number and sufficient photos of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution..

We are an Online Store and carry out all business operations online, meaning all sales and communications are carried out online, not in person. For This reason, Local Delivery and Store Pickup are not available.

Our Business Address is a private, physical location where we maintain and carry out all business operations. Customers should not attempt to visit us in-person as this is a private location.
