Returns & Refunds Policy

We happily Provide Returns, Refunds & Exchanges on eligible items.

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Timeframe: You may return Eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
  2. Condition: The Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
    • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence.
    • You can find what items are Final Sale by clicking on this Final Sale Collection Link or by looking for "Final Sale" within the product description. This will also be clearly displayed on items In your cart.

 

Steps to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at returns@explorerequip.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions.
  3. Packaging: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including any manuals, accessories, or promotional items that came with the product.
  4. Shipping: Ship the item to the return address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

 

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

 

Restocking Fee

A 15% Restocking Fee will be applied to all Non-Defective items returned within the 30-day return window. 

Damages and issues
if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exchanges
For products eligible for a return or refund, The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Exchanges are not permitted for products that are marked "Final Sale"

Warranty

Every product we sell includes a prolonged warranty from the Manufacturer. For more info, please review the "Warranty Information" drop-down in the product's description.
